The wild idea that work can work for everyone.
Lions + Tigers grew out of adversity when our founder, Brea Starmer, was laid off in her third trimester of pregnancy. As she looked for new opportunities that could address her need for flexibility and the drive to continue her career, she experienced discrimination firsthand and knew there had to be a better way.
Brea’s not the only one: millions of workers need the kind of flexibility she envisioned. 51% of American workers will be freelancing by 2027 and the major driver for this tidal wave is employees’ need for work-life flexibility.

MH Work - Life
Mother Honestly was born out of the desire to see mothers honestly pursue their passions, dreams and goals, without feeling less than. Whether it was to work full time and grow in their careers, or to be at home with their babies, or something else entirely, we knew that culture wasn’t speaking to mothers — ourselves included — the way they needed or deserved.
